We are pleased to announce that, effective August 6, 2026, Hyakugo Mirai Investment Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Tsu, Mie Prefecture) and Mr. John Gathright have transferred all issued shares of our company to TANIZAWA SEISAKUSHO, LTD. (headquartered at RBM Tsukiji Bldg., 2-15-5 Shintomi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; business: manufacture and sale of industrial helmets and other occupational safety and health protective equipment).
As of the same date, we have become a member of the Tanizawa Group, and under our new structure we will strive to further develop our business.
There will be no changes to our company name, address, terms of business, contact persons or any other aspect of our operations.
